No, I don't post at 1:00am lol. Whenever I schedule posts I just always set it for that time so that when people check their blogger accounts the next morning it shows as a recent post, instead of posting at the default, which is usually like 10 am or something weird like that. Kind of strange I guess, but it's just my habit!
Nope, I'm not into pinterest. At all. I just stole that picture from someone else's blog (who apparently got it from pinterest). I don't have time for it! :-)
